Email threads on Gmail just got a makeover. The G Suite system now allows users to attach emails to an email. No longer do you have to forward or download an email first before sending it.

Now you can automatically delete that data.

Google has a tool that lets you set up an automatic deletion schedule of your location data that is stored on its servers.

You set a specific time period to permanently delete your location history.

Otherwise, Google’s servers would retain years of everywhere you’ve ever been in Google Maps.

TIMED SESSIONS

Applied Focus is a tactic to help you increase your productivity.

I wanted to try it out to see if it would increase my productivity. My journey began with using the tips and strategies of the Pomodoro Technique. The Applied Focus technique is similar, but the timed sessions are longer.

Here is how it works:

  • Each session is 45 minutes long, with a 15-minute shift in focus.
  • A 90-minute session is followed by a 30-minute shift in focus.

Ninety minutes seemed a bit too much for me, so I went with the lesser amount.

Are you worried about being an over achiever? Don’t be.

As a young girl, I had never dreamed of going to college. No one in my family had graduated from college.
